Triple T Dance holds two shows per year:

MID YEAR SHOWCASE This display is an informal relaxed chance for parents, family and friends to see what the students have achieved in Terms 1 and 2. Costuming is not required for this performance as students wear their class uniform.

END OF YEAR CONCERT :The End of year concert is a professional display of dance enhanced by amazing costumes, special effects and lighting that is held this year at Wollongong University Hall

Detailed concert information is sent out throughout the year detailing everything you need to know.
A Concert Performer Fee of $100 per student is charged in the lead up to the End of Year Concert In

Week 1 Term 4 and what is covered for this charge will be outlined in the Concert Information later in the year.

COSTUMES
It is assumed that your child will participate in concert unless your state otherwise you will need to advise our office staff that your child will not be participating in concert no later than June 30th to avoid being charged costume fees.

I understand that the cost of the costume $90 per costume (per genre) is divided into 3 x $30 (per costume) instalments posted to your portal in term 1,2 & 3 these costume will be direct debited on Week 7 of term 1, 2 & 3 and will be procecessed on Friday of that week

General Terms

Enrolment is presumed for the entirety of 2024, I understand that fees will continue to be charged until Triple t Dance is notified in writing of withdrawal from classes.

To withdraw from a class, one weeks notice from scheduled class day must be provided in writing to dionne@tripletdance.com.au
Normal class fees will be charged if notice given is less than one week.

All classes are invoiced and payable by Direct Debit on a Thursday on weekly basis.

All clients will be registered as a Direct Debit customer and must enter payment details by the end of Week 2 unless payment is made in advance on account.

If you wish to pay for the term upfront, payment can be made in advance on your account via the Parent Portal, Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card at the Studio or via Bank Transfer.

THIS WILL ACT AS A PRE-PAYMENT THAT YOUR WEEKLY FEES WILL DEDUCT FROM.

I understand that any payments made via credit card as the payment method incur a fee per transaction charged by the payment provider.

Fees paid via Bank Account on the Parent Portal, in person at the studio or over the phone do not incur any transaction fees.
Costume Deposits of $30 per class will be deducted on the 7th week on of each term, processed on Friday seperate from fees scheduled payment- this IS NON-REFDUNDABLE and your commitment to concert

Students will not be able to participate in classes if payment details are not on file or payment in advance is not received by the end of Week 2, or a direct debit payment fails in 2 consecutive weeks.

Students will not be able to participate in any Triple T Dance events if account is not up to date and there are any outstanding amounts owed on account.

Triple T Dance reserves the right to pass any outstanding fees onto a Debt Collection Agency, this will incur a 20% surcharge on the balance of the account.

Direct Debit Terms

As a DIRECT DEBIT customer with Triple T Dance through our payment partner stripe, I agree that:

I am responsible for entering and updating when necessary my bank account and/or credit card details via dance studio pro parent portal

I will nominate a default payment method (if more than one payment method is entered
Triple T Dance through their payment provider stripe/dance stduio pro has the authority to debit my account or credit card the full balance owing on my Tuition Fees in my dance studio pro account on the THURSDAY of each week.

Concert production fee $100 will be deducted on week 5 of term 4

I will pay the associated fee of 1.81% + $0.30 per transaction if using credit cards as the payment method for FEES.

A failed payment fee of $10 will be added to my Triple T Dance account if my direct debit payment fails.

Where a direct debit payment fails in 2 consecutive weeks, students will not be able to participate in classes and any triple t dance events until all outstanding amounts are paid in full.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK / MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
I hereby absolve TRIPLE T DANCE from any liability in the event of any injury to my child.

I give TRIPLE T DANCE permission to seek medical attention at the time of accident or serious illness.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I give permission for my child to be photographed and / or videoed whilst participating in TRIPLE T DANCE activities and I consent to these photos / videos being used for publicity purposes.

TRIPLE T DANCE I will not hold liable for any loss of property.
