By completing the registration process and signing up for a profile with Emily Howard Training, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Commitment to Class Schedule:** I understand that my child’s participation in dance classes at Emily Howard Training requires regular attendance and punctuality. I agree to notify the school in advance if my child will be absent or late.

2. **Payment Terms:** I agree to pay all tuition fees and any additional costs associated with classes, performances, or events as outlined in the school’s fee structure. I understand that fees are non-refundable and are due on a [monthly/termly/quarterly] basis.

3. **Health and Safety:** I confirm that my child is in good health and capable of participating in physical activities. I agree to inform the school of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect my child’s participation.

6. **Photography and Media Release:** I consent to the use of photographs or video recordings of my child taken during classes or events for promotional purposes, including social media, brochures, and the school’s website. If I do not wish for my child to be included in such media, I will notify the school in writing.

7. **Liability Waiver:** I understand that while Emily Howard Training takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of its students, accidents may occur. I agree to hold the school, its staff, and its representatives harmless from any liability for injuries or damages sustained during classes or events.
