PLEASE READ-STUDIO POLICY 2024-2025
*Create your PARENT PORTAL online or stop into the studio for assistance in person.
*At registration SIGN UP; FIRST month tuition, will be collected along with a one-time registration fee. There is a $30 registration fee per person, $5 off per sibling. If tuition is paid in full for the year, 5% savings will be applied. Please come into the office if you wish to process the year in full.
*Tuition will be billed MONTHLY from October 1st through June 1st & will automatically be ran.
*If paying by Check/Cash payment monthly, it must be submitted to the front office by the 1st of each month. Otherwise, your child cannot participate in class/late fee will automatically be applied to your account/portal.
* There is no discount, credit or refund for missed classes. Make-up classes are available within two months of the class missed. Tuition rates are per dancer and cannot be combined with sibling. There is a $30 registration fee per person, $5 off per sibling. If tuition is paid in full for the year, 5% savings will be applied.
*Tuition is non-refundable, no exceptions. If you choose to not continue, there are no refunds. There will be an automatic $25 late fee applied to your account if a payment is 15 days past due or for a returned check. After 15 days late, your child will not be permitted to participate in class. You cannot apply a CREDIT from a sibling to your other child or if your child decides to drop a class, it cannot be applied to their other classes.
*If you need to change your card on file, contact the office or update it online on your own PARENT PORTAL before the 1st of the month. The merchant charge of 3.5% will be put upon all transactions using a credit or debit card and 1% for ACH transactions.
* If we are forced to close due to inclement weather, we will try to make-up classes and or provide a make-up class. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for acts of Mother Nature. Snow dates do not affect your tuition.
* We are not responsible for injuries sustained in class, on premises, or at any related event.
* Dance Arts Development Center, Inc. assumes no responsibility for lost, misplaced, or stolen articles. Please put your name on all your belongings and do not leave valuables unattended.
* Dance Arts Development Center, Inc. reserves the right to refuse placing orders and/or withhold merchandise/costumes for past due accounts until the balance is paid.
* Information about school closings, recital, announcements, reminders, etc. can be found on the following: studio website calendar page tab; face book page; Instagram; postings at the studio and via email. Please make sure you check your email regularly. Follow us on social media under Dance Arts Development Center.
* Dress codes must be followed for each class taken. Log onto www.danceartsLI.com and click DRESS CODES to know what you will need for your child. You can order items directly from our store and they will get shipped to you.
*Hip Hop students must wear a clean-dry pair of sneakers to class each week, otherwise they will have to leave their shoes at the door and wear their socks.
*Please bring your own labeled water to all classes.
