I understand that 1st Steps to Broadway does not give credit and/or refunds for class(es) missed due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather, etc. I further understand that there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury that may result from my or my child’s participation with 1st Steps to Broadway, and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation. I grant 1st Steps to Broadway the right to all photographs, recordings, and filming of my student during studio sessions and special events, without compensation for future promotion.
DRESS CODE POLICY: If a dancer comes to class in non-approved dress code attire, they will be asked to change. (Not applicable to Dance with Me! Classes) FEMALES: Ballet Pink or Black solid color leotard (No long sleeves)/Pink or Tan footed tights Ballet skirt or Jazz Shorts are optional Hair secured in bun (Preferred) or ponytail MALES: White t-shirt, Black dance shorts, white socks HAIR: Secured in bun (preferred) or ponytail away from face SHOES: All students need to bring a dance bag to class with the designated shoes for each of their styles of dance.
