Although Miss Joslyn's Dance takes every precaution to keep all students safe, accidents can happen. All students dance at their own risk. Miss Joslyn's Dance does not carry medical insurance for its students. It is required that all dance students be covered by their own family insurance policies and, if injury occurs, it is understood that the student’s own policy is your only source of reimbursement. In consideration of the dancing lessons afforded to me under this agreement by Miss Joslyn and in recognition of the physical demands of dancing, I hereby knowingly, freely and voluntarily waive any right of cause of action of any kind whatsoever, arising as a result of such activity from which any liability may or could accrue to Miss Joslyn’s Dance or its agents Registration fees ($30 per dancer) are a one time fee per season and are non-refundable. Proper dance attire is part of the discipline and commitment to the study of dance. Just like you need the approved soccer uniform ~ dancers need to wear dress code dance attire from the online store to every class with their hair pulled back in a ponytail. If your dancer's hair is too short for a ponytail please pull it 1/2 up out of their face. When all students are dressed appropriately and alike, their focus remains on dance. It is a HUGE help for teachers when students are wearing dress code attire. When all students are dressed Appropriately and Alike their focus remains on dance, incorrect technique is more easily corrected, and mistakes in choreography are more easily spotted. When purchasing from the online store please make sure to click on EACH students Class Button so that the proper colors and styles will be auto selected Thank you!:)
