Conditions for enrolment (version. December 2023)

- Fees will be paid by the due date of the invoice for each term & are non-refundable, except for Buzzy Bees, Butterflies and Toddlers (2 weeks notice required).
- To confirm your registration, you will be asked to pay a non refundable $85 deposit which will be deducted from your term invoice.
- A one off enrolment admin fee of $25 will be charged for new families/students.
- A late payment fee of $25 will be charged if the term fees or other owed fees are not paid by the due date.
- Your place will only be held if fees are paid for each new term by the due date, or you will need to re-enrol including the enrolment fee.
- A minimum of 3 students is required for a class to remain operational on the schedule.
- Uniforms and costumes cost are not included in the regular fees.
- Prestige Dance Centre requires a uniform as from the pre primary classes.
- Students participating in the concert will be charged for a non-refundable concert levy which includes the costume hire as well.
- Students participating in performance classes will be charged a non-refundable performance levy in term 1 and 2.
- All care according to the 'Code of Ethics of Dance Teachers' will be taken by the studio, but no responsibility for injury or loss to person or property howsoever caused, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing damage or injury resulting from or caused by any negligence of the principal, instructors or other employees of 'Prestige Dance Centre'.
- No responsibility will be taken for students before or after the class start & finish times. Children must not be left unattended.
- Permission is given to seek first aid or medical attention if required.
- Permission is given to photograph, film, or video students to be used for studio publicity or memorabilia.
- We will try to the best of our ability to assist the students but Prestige Dance Centre reserves the right to cancel a student's enrolment or continued attendance at the Dance Centre without providing any reason whatsoever.
- You agree to be added to our email mailing list (with the option to unsubscribe).

I give permission for my child's photographs or videos taken as part of it's daily program, to be used now or in the future. Permission is given to photograph, film, or video students to be used for studio publicity or memorabilia, as well as posted on the service's Social Media account (s) including Facebook, Instagram and website.

I understand I can withdraw the above consent at any time by advising Prestige Dance Centre in writing.
