Dance at ALICATS is Year Round.
We have our dance season with 2 recitals, one in January and one in June; then our Summer Season with no recital.
If you do not wish to participate in the next season, a cancellation form will need to be filled out 30 days PRIOR to the day your students wish to stop lessons.
All Tuition and Recital Fees are NON REFUNDABLE.

The undersigned gives permission to ALICATS LLC, its owners and operators to seek medical treatment for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. I hereby declare any physical/mental problems, restrictions, or condition and/or declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health.

Tuition runs at 12:01 am, with the choice of paying on either the first or the fifteenth of the month. We ask that you choose one when you attend the first class and keep that as your day. If you need to change the date, there will be a Ten dollar charge.
You may either choose to prepay 11 months upfront or have a credit card on file for us to run tuition on the date you chose.
If tuition is late a Twenty dollar late fee will apply and your child will be asked to sit out of class until all fees are paid.
I understand that all tuition and fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. There will be NO exceptions. There is a Ten dollar returned check charge for any checks returned by the bank.

Credit Card Fees will be added to the tuition amount Drawn each time you choose to pay by credit or debit. You may pay with Cash or Check at any time, or one day BEFORE tuition is due. Auto Draft payments are not able to be stopped on the due date.

I give my permission for Alicats to use my child's photo for advertising purposes at any time. Your child's name will never be posted,

We will be presuming ALL students will be participating in the January and June Recitals.
Payment Schedule
January Recital- Cost $215.00 includes one costume; additional costumes are $75.00 each. This can be broken down into 3 payments auto drafted on September 15th (72.00), October 15th (72.00), and November 15th(71.00)
June Recital- Cost $215.00 includes one costume; additional costumes are $75.00 each. This can be broken down into 3 payments auto drafted on February 15th(72.00) March 15th,(72.00) April 15th(71.00)

If you wish to pay the entire package in full for our Early Bird special, you will need to do so by sending us an email, calling, or stopping by the front desk.
