Refund Policy, Student Waiver, and Release of Liability
Regular attendance is expected. All tuition is due whether or not classes are missed. Make-up classes are available. Please contact beth@boulderballet.org to schedule your make-up class. Classes missed by the instructor will be made up or credited to the student's account.
Refund Policy:
For Youth Fall and Spring Registration classes (Mini-Me, Creative Movement, Per Ballet, Level 1A, Level 1B, Boys Class, Beginning Teen & Beginner Ballet): If a student discontinues before the third class, a partial refund will be given. If BBS is not notified in writing, billing will continue until we receive notification. Registration fees are non-refundable.
For Full Year Registration classes (Level 2-7): If a student discontinues before the third class in the Fall or Spring Semester, a partial refund will be given. If BBS is not notified in writing, billing will continue until we receive notification. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Boulder Ballet reserves the right to withdraw any student who has not adhered to school policies on our family resource site. In such cases, the student is still responsible for all tuition and fees due. By completing registration, I understand and agree to this policy.
Snow Days
Boulder Ballet will close only when Boulder Valley School District posts a school closure notice on its website first thing in the morning. No classes will be made up in the event of emergency closings. By completing registration, I understand and agree to this policy.
Waiver
I do hereby fully release and discharge Boulder Ballet, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims from injuries, damages, or loss that may accrue to me or my child on account of participation in Boulder Ballet classes, rehearsals, performances, private classes, or coaching classes. By completing registration, I understand and agree to this policy.
You further agree that there is there is risk associated in regard to the COVID-19 pandemic and possible exposure. You agree not to hold Boulder Ballet responsible for any repercussions of the COVID -19 Pandemic. If you are unwilling to comply to Boulder Ballet COVID-19 safety regulations, you will be asked to withdraw, and no refund will be given.
Photo Release:
Video/Photo Release: Occasionally, we take video and photos of Boulder Ballet students to be used primarily for marketing and fundraising purposes. By completing registration, I hereby give my consent for Boulder Ballet to use the photographs and/or video.
Electronic Signature Agreement. By selecting the "I Accept" checkbox, I am signing this agreement electronically. I agree this electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my manual signature on this agreement.
I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it, and I agree to be bound by its terms.
