Under no circumstances are pets allowed on school premises due to Health and Safety reasons. Appropriate uniform is necessary for health and safety and child protection. Children are required to wear the regulation uniform and have their hair tied back in all classes (with the exception of Street Dance). For Health and Safety reasons, no jewellery or watches are to be worn (with the exception of small, stud earrings) NO jewellery to be worn in Acrobatic Arts classes. All t-shirts, shoes and bags must be clearly labelled - lost property is donated to charity at the end of every term.
Please refer to our Child Protection Policy (on display at the studio) for further information, or alternatively, email us for a digital copy. By accepting enrolment in the school, parents must acknowledge that dance instruction often involves physical correction by the teacher. All Aspire Staff hold a minimum of an Enhanced DBS Disclosures and a First Aid Certificate. Responsibility can only be taken for your child during their allotted class time.
Parents are not to allow their child to attend Aspire School of Dance if they are feeling unwell or have a known injury which would prevent a student from fully taking part. This includes presenting any contagious illness including (but not limited to): Chicken Pox, Head Lice, Common Cold, Flu and symptoms of COVID-19. Refunds will only be given in the event of illness or injury preventing attendance at classes for a sustained period of time at the Principal's discretion. If the student is unwell and cannot take part, this will be classed as missed sessions and no refund will be made unless class attendance is affected for a sustained period of time.
WAITING LIST: Members on the waiting list will be contacted via email in order of the list. If no response is received within 72 hours, the next member will be contacted and the first to make contact will receive the place.
