Katapult Performing Arts Terms & Conditions
* Students are enrolled until the end of the year unless the office has been advised of withdrawal. Please note Katapult will continue to invoice you unless we have received written confirmation of withdrawal.
* The Katapult dance year is divided into 4 terms (term duration may vary)
* Fees are charged each term and are payable once the invoice has been received.
1 Fees are invoiced before the commencement of each term and MUST be paid two weeks into each term. It is only in Term 1 that we allow an extra week due to the enrolment procedure.
2 If your fees continue to remain outstanding after the due date, a weekly interest charge of $5.50 will be automatically added to your account until it is settled.
3 If your child’s fees remain outstanding at the beginning of week seven, they will be asked to sit out of class until full payment is received.
4 If your child’s fees continue to remain outstanding your account will be forwarded to our debt collection agency for further action. Agency collection costs will also be added onto your account.
5 All outstanding fees – for both costumes and classes – must be paid prior to the productions or students will not be permitted to perform.
• There are no rebates for missed classes. Provided there is a vacancy students can do a make-up class within the same term.
* The art of dance requires a degree of physical contact between students and teachers for correction, demonstration or choreographic requirements.
* By enrolling in classes at Katapult you acknowledge that participating in dance creates a potential risk of injury. In allowing your child to participate in all Katapult activities, you acknowledge that Katapult and its teachers are not liable tor any injury, damage or loss which may arise.

Katapult Performing Arts Video and Photography Release
* When taking part in Katapult classes, video footage or photographs may be used for public display, advertising and/or social media.
Should you not wish for your Childs images to be used, please ensure you select the "no photo or video" button on your portal page.

Katapult Performing Arts will not send any marketing or spam emails to our families.
