All participants (or their parent/guardian) are required to acknowledge the following waiver text when registering for classes at Kinesis Dance:
- Participants must receive or obtain a copy of Kinesis Dance policies and commit to reading and adhering to the rules and policies outlined.
- There will be no credit or refunds provided for missed classes due to various reasons like holidays, vacations, illness, weather, or acts of God.
- By participating in Kinesis Dance classes, individuals acknowledge the risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury and voluntarily assume these associated risks.
- Participants agree to assume all risks and hazards at any City of Boulder Parks and Recreation facility or during any class, camp, intensive, or activity.
- Participants also agree to hold harmless Kinesis Dance, LLC, its staff, contractors, instructors, volunteers, officials, sponsors, partners, or representatives from any liability for losses, damages, or injuries.
- It is certified that participants are properly prepared for the selected activities and have consulted a physician to ensure safety and suitability for engagement.
- Participants (or parents/guardians of minors) may need to complete a medical health history and sign an additional waiver before participating in programs.
- Acknowledgment of the risks associated with the COVID-19 pandemic and possible exposure is also required.
By accepting this waiver, individuals waive and release Kinesis Dance, LLC, the City of Boulder, all associated staff, volunteers, sponsors, and representatives from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in any program or facility use.
Additional Details:
- Tuition fees are charged monthly for all classes, with automatic charges beginning on the first day of each session and ending on the last month of registration.
- Participants who choose to pay for the full session or 2 session payments are not able to give a 30-day notice due to the discounted rate and also cannot receive a refund or credit for any reason.
- A late fee of 18% will be charged for declined payments or balances past due by 7 days. Failure to pay the balance within 30 days may result in removal from Kinesis Dance.
- Kinesis Dance enforces a 30-day cancellation policy for monthly payment plans, requiring a written Cancellation of Services submission for automatic charge cancellation after acknowledgment.
- No prorated tuition or refunds are provided for missed classes.
-Camps, Clubs, Events, Tickets and Parties are all nonrefundable.
By selecting the "I Accept" checkbox, individuals electronically sign this agreement, acknowledging that the electronic signature holds the same legal weight as a manual signature. It is understood that by agreeing to these terms, individuals are bound by the contract/ waiver and details.
