I fully understand and agree to the policy and terms of BhangraFit's Bhangra Class.

I acknowledge, agree and understand that Bhangra is a physical activity that may be hazardous to some individuals, and may result in injury to myself or other dance students. I agree to assume all risks of injury incurred or suffered while attending bhangra classes, and release and agree not to sue BhangraFit, its instructors, or anyone connected with the bhangra classes for any claim, damages, costs or cause of action which I have or may have in the future as a result of injuries or damages sustained or incurred while attending classes. I agree that first aid measures can be applied in case of an emergency and if necessary, should my emergency contact/Parent be un-contactable, my child will be transported to hospital via ambulance. I also agree to notify the dance teacher if any illnesses or injuries are sustained to my child or myself outside of classes so that all care can be taken.

We will be using videos and pictures on social media for Marketing or promotion purposes. Please let us know if you have any objection to this.

Payment and Injury

I understand that:

All fees paid are non refundable.
Classes cancelled by instructor will be credit towards your next payment.
To be eligible for Makeup Class, you will require to provide 24 hours notice.
