Your must be over 18 to register for an account with South Sound Dance.

I understand that I am registering myself and/or my child for dance classes at South Sound Dance LLC ("the Studio") and tuition will be due monthly on the first day of every month. Payment for classes, camps, or sessions is due prior to start of classes, camps, or sessions and registration is not confirmed until tuition for such is made in full. I understand that the Studio does not give credit and/or refunds for class(es) missed due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather, government shutdowns, etc. and to withdraw from a class a written notice must be provided to management by the 15th of the month. If notice to withdrawal is given after the 15th, the student will be billed for the following month. I also acknowledge that In the event of a government shutdown, classes will be held online through Zoom technology and all studio billing, tuition, and withdrawal policies will remain in effect. Furthermore, I will take the responsibility to carefully read and follow the Studio policies provided online at https://southsounddance.com/members-only​.

I understand that there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, injury, and/or illness that may result from my or my child’s participation with the Studio and Studio sponsored events and I voluntarily assume the risks associated with such participation. I agree to release and hold harmless the Studio including its teachers, and staff members from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future.

I authorize and agree that South Sound Dance may take and use photographs, videos or likenesses of myself or my child as needed for its record keeping, advertising, social media and/or public relations projects and that I have no rights to the same and will not be compensated for the same.

I understand as the parent/guardian/paying member, that monthly membership for classes held at South Sound Dance will be due by the 1st of every month and will be processed with a stored debit/credit card or ACH payment method on file. If I would like to pay on a different date or in another form, it may be paid in advance of the 1st using a check or another debit/credit card. If payment fails, a late fee of $25.00 will be posted after the 10th.

I understand as the parent/guardian/paying member, that monthly membership is on-going and my account will be continued to be billed every month until I have canceled my or my child's membership. To cancel membership or withdraw from a class, I understand I must give written notice by the 15th of the month prior. If I withdraw after the 15th, I will still be billed for the following month of services.

I understand as the parent/guardian/paying member, that all youth dancers enrolled in an on-going weekly class are automatically enrolled in both the annual Holiday Production and end of spring Recital Production as a part of their dance education and experience. Production fees - which include a costume, show experience, and show gift - will be processed for all students on October 1 and March 1 of each year the member remains enrolled. Please see THE EXPERIENCE - PERFORMANCE HANDBOOK for specific performance dates and fees. Any dancer who will be out of town or unable to participate must give written notice to South Sound Dance by the 15th of the month prior (September 15, and February 15) or their accounts will be billed. Professional photo and video are taken at all South Sound Dance productions for marketing, sale and personal relations projects. By participating in the annual Holiday Production and/or Spring Recital Production you are agreeing to this.

I understand as the parent/guardian/paying member, all monies paid to South Sound Dance for services rendered are non-refundable. Any refunds for unworn dance wear or event or program cancellations can only be issued within 30 days of original payment. Dancers may schedule make-up classes for any missed classes.
