General Rules & Regulations I have read the DANCE TECH policies and will take the responsibility to carefully read and follow the rules and policies therein. I further understand that there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury that may result from my or my child’s participation with DANCE TECH, and I voluntarily assume the risks associated with such participation. 1. I am aware of the payment policies and cancellation fees and procedures. 2. I am aware that all full year, and Kinderboogie programs will perform in the year-end showcase and that a costume cost is required for each class. 3. I am aware that tickets must be purchased for the year-end showcase in order to attend the performance. 4. I am aware that Exam fees, Costume deposits, Competition Entry fees and Showcase Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. 5. I am aware that not all students will be ready to take an exam. Students will be notified if they are ready and is entirely up to the teacher’s discretion. 6. I am aware that the teachers reserve the right to move my child to a different level if the one they are registered in is not the correct level. 7. I am aware that Dance Tech has a dress code. Failure to comply with this rule may lead the dancer to be excused from class. Please see our Attire Requirements on our website. Dance Tech Inc reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken of our program activities in any advertisements and promotions, or on the website.
Should a medical emergency arise where Dance Tech Inc staff feels it is in the best interest of the student for an ambulance to be called we will do so on your behalf. Dance Tech Inc will not resume responsibility for any medical or transportation fees. Dance Tech Inc will not assume liability for any lost or stolen property, or for any bodily or personal injury consisting of/or arising out of any participant practicing or participating in any physical training at or away from Dance Tech Inc. To avoid such issues DTI strongly recommends that students are not left unattended.
Payment & Cancellation Policy Payment: All payments are set up with Automatic Credit Card Withdrawal - Tuition fees will be debited from your card on the 1st of each month. Notification of other fee's due date will be sent by email. - Registration Fee of $75/Dancer and June (last month) tuition fees are due at time of registration. These fees are NON-REFUNDABLE - Registration Fee includes 1 copy of the year end Showcase and a group photo of their class - Costume Deposit of $85/Jr Showcase Class (3-6 yrs classes) will be due and charged to you account at a future date during the season (non-refundable) - Costume Deposit of $95/Sr Showcase Class (7+yrs) will be due and charged to you account at a future date during the season (non-refundable) LATE FEE of $25 will apply to all payments received more than 10 days late Cancellation: A FULL MONTH cancellation in writing is required for each dancer. All costume deposits, registration fees, and paid tuition is forfeited. - Sessional Classes CANNOT be refunded after the first class. - I understand that DANCE TECH does not give credit and/or refunds for class(es) missed due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather, etc. - After Feb 1st NO REFUNDS will be given
