I hereby consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during Dancing Sensations 2024-2025 Dance Season for publicity, promotional and/or educational purposes.(Including publications, presentations, newspapers, internet or other media sources) I do this with full knowledge and consent, I waive all claims for compensation for use during the season.

Dancing Sensations LLC practices, events, competitions & parenting meetings is a DRAMA-FREE positive environment. NEGATIVITY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!! If you or your child bring any conflict or negativity to our environment, she can & WILL be removed from Dancing Sensations LLC & REGISTRATION FEE/ MONTHLY FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE!!!!!!

Please note that your child is committing to a drama/trouble free zone and This will be a fun learning experience for everyone!!!!

Every child is responsible for their own personal belongings. WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST ITEMS!

As the parent, I acknowledge the monthly tuition and give my child consent to participate as a member of Dancing Sensations for their 2024-2025 Dance Season. I agree to pay the tuition monthly by the 1st of every month.

Tuition payments are due on the 1st of every month and I understand that there is a late fee of $10.00 for any payment received after the 10th. If I don’t pay the monthly tuition, I understand that it can affect my child’s participation or even cause termination.

I understand if I get a month behind in tuition, my child will sit during practice and will not participate in any events until tuition balance is paid in full.

I’m fully aware that I’m paying tuition for my child’s TRAINING and if my child doesn’t show her full potential at practice, she can & WILL be cut from any upcoming performances or events with no refund. It’s my child’s responsibility to do her best at practice an order to participate in performances.

I completely understand & fully aware that by my child participating in any event or activity as a member of Dancing Sensations LLC could include actions or task which might cause harm or injury. I (the parent) release Dancing Sensations LLC, staff members, Lateshia Brown and volunteers from all liability cost, damages and from being sued for any hazard that could occur during any event or activity involving Dancing Sensations LLC. I agree to accept financial responsibility for the cost related to any emergency treatments.
