Integr8 Dance Portsmouth Terms and Conditions

Fees, Payments & Refunds

1. The booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Cancellations or amendments can be made up to 5 days before the workshops commences.

3. If a cancellation occurs less than 5 days before the start of the session, then we will do our best to fill the place from our waiting list. If we can do this, then a refund will be offered.

4. If we are unable to fill the place then regrettably no refund can be given - as materials, crafts etc will have already been purchased.

5. In exceptional circumstances such as injury/ illness we may be able to transfer your booking to a future holiday period, this will be at the discretion of the Managing Director.

6. In the event of a Force Majeure such as extreme weather or disease epidemic, Integr8 Portsmouth, will do its best to reschedule the event as soon as is possible.

Registration & Attendance

7. Upon registering with Integr8 Dance we do require a valid email address. This will be used to contact you with important information and invoicing.

8. A class register will be taken at the start of every session by the teacher to record student attendance for the purpose of Health and Safety and security.

9. All children will need to be dropped off and collected by an adult (over 18). If someone other than the parent who booked is collecting the child, then this will need to be arranged with the course leader and a password agreed.

Permissions

10. Medical: Parents are required to give Integr8 Dance information regarding any prior and/or ongoing medical conditions when committing to taking part in classes. All our staff are First Aid trained and will give appropriate medical care when required.

11. Photographs & Videoâ€™s: Upon registering, parents are asked to opt in or opt out of photographic consent for their child. Parents will be given this option on the given registration form.
Photos or videos may be taken by Integr8 during classes, performances, workshops and rehearsals. If you have given consent for your child to be in photos taken by Integr8 Dance we reserve the right for these photos or videos to be used on the website, Facebook or for advertising purposes. Children will not be identified by name or by any other identifying features.

12. Leaving unaccompanied: Integr8 Dance requires consent for children under the age of 18 to leave unaccompanied. Parents & Guardians must also name additional adults who may pick up or drop off before classes.

Data Protection

13. Integr8 Dance Portsmouth holds information about our customers to enable us to carry out our business, classes and training. This information includes the contact details you supply to us. Please ensure all contact details for your child are correct and up to date. All details will be help in strict confidentiality (Data Protection Act 1998) and will not be passed on to outside parties.

Changes to terms and conditions

14. Integr8 Dance reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time for the benefit of the business, staff or participants.

Agreement to the terms and conditions

15. Parents and guardians of students attending events are required to acknowledge their acceptance of the terms and conditions for each student related to or their responsibility by checking the relevant box during online applications.
