MST Dance Center LLC, including all owners, instructors, and staff hereafter, will not be liable for any injury that occurs while attending any and all functions for dance instruction and/or events at the studio, off campus, or via on-line. At no time will MST Dance Center be held liable for the spread of and/or exposure to any virus or illness (Covid, flu, strep, or otherwise). Said Client acknowledges the risks of participating in any activity or services provided by MST Dance Center. Client assumes complete responsibility for taking care of child/family health and agrees to follow health protocol guidelines for safe & healthy engagement of services at MST Dance Center. Client agrees to prospectively waive the right to sue MST Dance Center for injuries or damages arising out of any activity or services provided or any health risk that may occur. MST Dance Center does not take responsibility for your child when they leave the studio. Clients are directly responsible for educating their child on personal safety. Once a child is outside of the building, they are unsupervised and MST Dance Center will not be held liable for the child's safety nor their actions. MST Dance Center will not be responsible for damages or theft of personal property. Clients, students, & staff bring their dance belongings to the studio at their own risk, and it is Client, student, and staff personal responsibility to keep their belongings labeled and taken care of. MST Dance Center is a hands-on studio, meaning that during dance class, instructors/assistants may need to physically support your child to correct dance technique and/or spot them on skills. Dance has a degree of difficulty and injury can occur. Client affirms understanding of the risk that dance and hands-on instruction provides and agrees to the risk factors and to the above liability statements provided herein.
