I understand tuition is due the 1st of every month and a $20 late fee will be applied if not manually paid by the 5th of the month.

I understand there is a small credit card processing fee that comes out with tution.

I understand I am responsible for reading all of Studio A's communications (Studio Chat, Facebook, Email) so that I am aware of important information regarding but not limited to performances, events, practices, fundraisers etc.

I understand and agree that Studio A Performing Arts can take photos/videos of my dancers for marketing and education purposes.

I understand and agree that tuitIon will never be lowered for a student missed class or holiday celebration. Tuition is a set amount that is due monthly unless of an emergency case scenario.

I understand and agree that Studio A Performing Arts auto drafts the full tuition balance the first of each month.
Payments shall be deemed delinquent if not received at the payment date. If any scheduled payment related to this agreement is deemed delinquent during the term of this agreement, the agreement shall be considered to be in default, and the entire amount, penalty, and interest owed shall be due and payable immediately. If not paid on the due date, there is a $20 fee.
