📅 Tuition & Late Fee Policy (excluding summer camps) I understand that tuition is due on the 1st of each month, and a $20 late fee will be applied if payment is not received by the 5th. Payments must be made manually unless auto-pay is enabled. 💳 Processing Fees I understand that a small credit card processing fee will be included with each tuition payment. 📣 Communication Responsibility I understand that it is my responsibility to stay informed by regularly checking: • Studio Chat • Facebook • Email communication • The Lobby Information Board at Studio A These sources include important updates about performances, events, rehearsals, fundraisers, and general studio news. 📸 Photo & Video Consent I understand and agree that Studio A Performing Arts may take photos and videos of my dancer for educational and promotional purposes, including marketing materials and social media. 💰 Tuition Policy I understand and agree that tuition is a set monthly rate, which is not reduced for missed classes, absences, or holidays. Exceptions may be considered in emergency situations at the studio’s discretion.
Payment Agreement I understand and agree that Studio A Performing Arts will automatically draft the full tuition balance on the 1st of each month. Payments will be considered delinquent if not received by the due date. If any scheduled payment is not received on time, the account will be considered in default, and the entire outstanding balance, including any penalties and interest, will be due immediately. A $20 late fee will apply if payment is not received by the due date.
I understand and agree that a $75 recital fee will be due in the month of the recital. This fee covers two (2) recital tickets and a digital copy of the recital video and is charged per family, not per child. All accounts must be paid in full, with a balance of $0.00, before any student is permitted to participate in the recital or any other events. (Note: This fee does not apply to summer camps, but you must agree to these terms to proceed with enrollment.)
