I am enrolling in the Auto-Pay program through The STUDIO 201. I agree to have The STUDIO 201 to run my Auto-Pay for Tuition on the first of the month in which tuition is due. I understand that on the 15th of each month my balance will process. I understand that if I want to stop my Auto-Pay agreement I must contact the studio directors in writing 30 Days prior to the next tuition due date.

Liability Waiver: I understand that there are risks of physical injury associated with, arising out of and inherent to the activity of dance. In recognition of this acknowledged risk of injury, I knowingly and voluntarily waive all right and/ or causes of action of any kind, including any and all claims of negligence arising as a result of such activity from which liability could accrue to The STUDIO 201 LLC,
Release and Waiver. I do hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless The STUDIO 201 LLC, its Members, employees and agents for any and all claims or demands for damages, loss of services, costs and expenses in any way resulting from any and all injury to Participant or property of Participant arising directly or indirectly out of Participant’s participation in any and all activities of The STUDIO 201 LLC, including, but not limited to, dance classes, competitions, performances, travel to and from competitions or performances, and any and all activities associated or performed in conjunction with The STUDIO 201 LLC.

I have signed this document voluntarily and of my own free will in exchange for the privilege of participation.

The participant has my permission to participate in The STUDIO 201 LLC Dance Events. I warrant the below information is complete and correct. I further release The STUDIO 201 LLC,
of all liabilities associated with my child’s attendance at The STUDIO 201 LLC.

Media Release: I give The STUDIO 201 permission to use my child’s picture in or on any form of advertisement for The STUDIO 201 LLC affiliated event.

Tuition Policies and Fees 2024/2025
Tuition rates can be found on our website. Discounts are offered for those who wish to pay in full for the year. Auto-payment options are available through your Parent Portal. Auto-pay covers Tuition and is pulled the 1st of the month. All balances will be pulled on the 15th of the month.
We accept cash, checks, credit cards or money orders. Payments made via credit card are subject to a 3.05% + .30 convenience fee, and payments made online via ACH are subject to a 1.0% convenience fee +.20 To avoid these fees, you may mail or drop off a check or cash to the studio.
A yearly registration fee of $25 per student or $50 per family is required for any student registering for the full fall season and is due at the time of registration to hold a student’s place in their classes. This is a non-refundable fee for any reason.
Payments for short session classes (6, 8 or 12 weeks) are due in full at the time of registration. No refunds are given for these classes unless the studio cancels it for insufficient enrollment.
There are no refunds or credits given on tuition unless The STUDIO 201 cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment or a documented illness or injury has been reported.
Monthly payments are for a portion of the year, not a specific month of lessons, and a space is reserved for your child in a specific class based on this schedule. Therefore, tuition payments will be charged every month regardless of whether you attend the scheduled class.
Monthly tuition is due prior to the first class in September and then on the 1st of each month in Oct., Nov., Dec., Jan., Feb., Mar., Apr., and May.
Monthly tuition is due on the 1st and no later than the 5th of each month. Payments received after the 5th of the month will incur a $25.00 late fee.
If an account is 30 days overdue, dancers must refrain from coming to class until the account is brought up to date.
All fees and tuition must be paid in full BEFORE recital.
Yearly tuition is based on 29 weeks of lessons. Should the season need to be extended, accounts will be charged accordingly for the extra classes.
If conducting classes virtually, tuition payment, due dates, and the attendance policy will remain in effect.
Students withdrawing from classes must do so in writing. No refunds will be given on tuition paid; students are encouraged to complete all classes paid for.
All returned checks will incur a $25.00 fee.
Tuition payments do not include dancewear, shoes, costumes, recital tickets, recital DVDs/digital downloads, photo day pictures, private lessons, recital tights, recital fee or special events.
