Tuition Payments: Tuition for the months of September - May is based upon a 32-week schedule. For the months of June - August tuition is based upon a 9-week schedule. All fees are paid in equal monthly installments and are based upon the number of overall class hours per week. The rate for group classes decreases as the number of class hours increase and a family discount of 10% will be applied for families with more than 1 immediate member registered. The current tuition schedule is online and available in the office at all times. Tuition is due/billed on the 1st of each month. All accounts are required to have a bank account/card on file for automatic payment. After the 15th of the month a late fee of $25.00 will be applied. If a charge is rejected/returned as NSF, a $35 fee will apply in addition to any bank charges and tuition. Consistent delinquent payments or accounts over 30 days past due may result in suspension of the dancer's participation in class and studio activities. If you are experiencing financial difficulty, please contact the office. We do not want to deny any dancer the opportunity to take classes if a viable solution is available. Withdrawals: As class space is reserved for the dancer, the office must be notified immediately if a dancer is withdrawing from a class. Until the office is notified of the withdrawal, the class space will be held for the dancer and tuition charges will apply regardless of attendance.
