You must be over 18 to register for an account.

I am aware of the Elite Dance Academy policies mentioned below and will take the responsibility to carefully read and follow the rules and policies therein.

I understand that Elite Dance Academy does not give credit and/or refunds for class(es) missed due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather, etc.but that I may make up a missed class in an age appropriate class of similar nature within 30 days of the absence. Cancellation of membership must be made by the 25th of the month to avoid fees for the following month. Tuition is due the 1st of each month and may be viewed online in the parent portal with my supplied email address. I am responsible for my own password. Tuition not paid by the 15th of the month will incur an automatic late fee of $15.

Recital participation and recital photography is optional. Recital fee payment will be collected in November. If you choose not to participate in our recital, you must email info@elitedanceacademy.com prior to November 1st to opt out of recital participation. All tuition up to and including November must be received before costumes are ordered.

Elite is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, nor is it responsible for the supervision, or the welfare of students once they leave our building.

Your acceptance below indicates you have read and understand the policies of the Elite Dance Academy. Signing this waiver also gives Elite the permission to include your child in social media posts. If you would prefer not to have your child appear on our feed, please send an email to info@elitedanceacademy.com.  I further understand that there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury that may result from my or my child's participation with Elite Dance Academy, and I voluntarily assume the risks associated with such participation.
