Welcome to the Skalicky Ballet Academy. Here you will find tuition policies along with studio procedures.
- A non-refundable yearly registration fee of $75 for new students and $35 per returning students who completed 9 months with us the prior year will be due upon registration.
- We follow ECISD schedule as far as closures due to bad weather and holidays. Unless otherwise notified by the studio.
- We offer classes on a tuition basis, we DO NOT pro-rate for missed classes or holidays. Tuition is paid on 10 equal monthly installments August-May. Some months have 3 weeks and some months have 5 weeks but the tuition payment will be the same every month.
- Tuition is due on the 1st of every month. If not received by the 10th, a $25 late fee will be added to that payment and the student will not be allowed in class until tuition and late fees are received.
- Payment methods include cash, personal check, credit card
- If a month of classes are missed, you are still responsible for that month's tuition unless you have withdrawn from classes.
-You may withdraw from classes by contacting the studio in writing, in person or by phone 30 days prior to leaving. Please note that if you drop mid-month, you will not receive a refund as we do not pro-rate.
- If you drop your student without giving a 30 day notice, your child is not guaranteed a spot back in that class. Furthermore, if student drops and has a balance, if/when you choose to come back, the balance will need to be paid in order to re-enroll at SBA.
