Uniforms may be purchased through the school. It is not necessary to purchase items if the child already
owns the appropriate uniform and it has been approved by Ms. Cole. No skirts attached to leotards; no
sparkles.
Arrival and Punctuality
Creative Movement, Pre-Ballet, and Beginner Ballet I students must be escorted to the front door of the
building. It is up to the parents’ discretion whether to allow older students (Beginner Ballet II and up) to walk outside the facility unescorted.
Classes will begin promptly, and tardy students will need to wait to be invited into class once it has begun.
Students more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted into class. Excessive tardiness affects the class
dynamic. Please be on time dropping off and picking up students.
Studio Etiquette
Students must wait in the lobby for their teacher to invite them into the studio. Students are expected to
behave respectfully and courteously to Ms. Cole, their teachers, their classmates, and visitors at all times.
Tuition
Tuition may be paid in full prior to the first day of class, broken into two equal payments or 10 monthly
payments. Full year tuition and two half-year payments receive a 5% discount. The first of two payments is
due prior to the first class, and the second will be invoiced on December 1. If making monthly payments,
the first payment will be taken at registration and thereafter billed 30 days in advance. A credit/debit card on
file is required and will be drafted the first business day of each subsequent month.

each additional sibling.
