I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS RELATED TO THE USE OF ANY AND ALL SPACES AND TEACHERS WITH DANCERZ EDGE STUDIO.

I/we realize that participation in dance classes and activities could result in personal injury. Despite precautions being taken by the studio, accidents and injuries may occur.

I/we agree to release from responsibility the Dancerz Edge Studio, including all teachers, dancers, staff member, and facilities used by Dancerz Edge Studio from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. We will not hold Dancerz Edge Studio or Stott-Studios liable for any personal injury including: scrapes, bruises, cuts, sprains, fractures, broken bones, concussions, or death or any personal property damage/loss, which may occur on the premises before, during after classes.

Furthermore, I/we agree to obey the class and facility rules and take full responsibility for my/our behavior in addition to any damage I/we may cause to the facilities utilized by Dancerz Edge Studio.

Registration Fee

There is a $25 registration fee per dancer, this helps with recital venue's and allows us to open our shows to all family and friends that would like to see our performances with no admission cost past today. There will be a small discount on registration fees given to extra siblings registering. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Please note the following guidelines regarding all classes:

Registration: In order to register for classes, each dancer must submit a completed registration form, the 1st month of tuition and the registration fee. This secures your child's admittance into classes. These fees are non-refundable. Registration fees go toward recital costs, insurance, and new equipment for our dancers.

Tuition: This is an monthly fee that includes all classes from August through May of the dance season. For your convenience, tuition may be paid in full up front (this is due before September 15th), or you may pay monthly over 9 months. Should you select to pay monthly, auto-pay is required to be set up at time of registration. All tuition payments are scheduled for 5th every month. Any tuition received after the 5th is considered late and will be charged a $5 late fee. If account agreements have not been made by the 15th, your child's instructor will be instructed to remove the child from class until account has been brought current. Payment Options: Debit or Credit cards through online portal, Paypal through online portal link, or cash/check. If using cash/check, payments must be made before the 5th of the month to avoid autopay withdraw. Checks should be made out to Dancerz Edge Studio. There is a $20 return check fee that will be added to monthly tuition for any returned checks.

Refunds: There are absolutely no refunds given for tuition, costumes, recital fees etc.

Dance Attire: Dance attire must be worn at all times while taking class. No outside shoes are to be worn on the dance floor. Hair should be off the face. Dance attire includes: Any kind of leotards, leggings, and any other dance clothing. No denim or dresses please. All dancers need to wear dance shoes or fresh socks (plan ahead for after school classes.)

Withdrawl: No student is under any contract for a certain amount of time. With dancers under the age of 4 yrs. we do understand that this can be an adjustment for them. We ask that with younger dancers you give them 4-8 weeks to get comfortable before deciding to withdraw from classes. We do point out that this is an agreement that you will continue to finish the season.

Costumes: Each class is given a costume that is selected by the instructor to fit the theme of their dance. Measurements for costumes are taken by the instructor during class time in the beginning of September. We ask that you start paying for costumes immediately. Fee's will be Due by September 25th, a $15 late fee will be applied to unpaid costume fee's along with no costume being ordered until payment is received. This could cause for costume to be out of stock or not here in time for first recital. All classes have specific costume fee's. Costumes are non-refundable.

NO Food is permitted in the studio, please take care to finish all snacks before class. Water Bottles are strongly encouraged and are permitted in dance classes if they contain WATER.
