SUMMER TUITION: Tuition is due by the 15th of the month for the upcoming month's session/camp/classes and is non-refundable. If a class is missed a make-up class can be arranged. SEPTEMBER-JUNE TUITION: Tuition can be paid in full or may be divided into equal monthly payments. The first payment is due August 15th, and the final payment is due May 15th. I understand that I am responsible for all tuition and fees. There are no refunds for missed classes. If a class is missed due to illness or a family emergency talk with your teacher for a make-up option. Tuition will be prorated for those starting after the first week of class. WITHDRAWAL: To withdraw from a class, written notice must be given two weeks prior to withdrawal. You can do this via email or text to Miss Ann. UNIFORM: Appropriate dance attire is expected for all classes. See uniform list for specifics. Your hair is part of your uniform. For ballet, hair is expected to up in a bun with hair pins and hair net. For all other classes, hair should up off the neck and off the face (ponytail, braid, etc). LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: I hereby permit my child to participate in dance and understand the risks inherent to such activities. I release The Dance Room and its staff from any and all legal liability and medical cost arising due to any injury incurred during the course of instruction or participation in any related activity. PHOTO RELEASE: The Dance Room has permission to use photos/videos taken of the students during class, activities, camps, picture days and performances for advertising, sales of media from performances and for any promotional purposes and releases rights to all photos and videos taken in relation to The Dance Room.
