I/we understand that participation in dance classes and activities can involve possible personal injury. Despite precautions, accidents and injuries may occur. By signing this release form, I/we (the dancer and parent/guardian) assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces used by Variant Movement, LLC. I/we agree to hold harmless Variant Movement, LLC including its owners, teachers, staff members, dancers, and facilities from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we will not hold Variant Movement, LLC liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during, and after classes and/or rehearsals. Furthermore, I/we agree to obey the class and facility rules and take full responsibility for my/our behavior in addition to any damage I/we may cause to Variant Movement, LLC. I understand that Variant Movement, LLC is a licensed, accredited, and insured organization. In the event that I/we should observe any unsafe conduct or conditions before, during, or after classes and/or rehearsals, I/we agree to report the unsafe conduct to the Owner and/or a staff member as soon as possible.

I/we grant Variant Movement, LLC permission to use any photographs or videos taken by Variant Movement, LLC for use of, but not limited to advertisement, social media posts, and website content. Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
