Withdrawal from classes must be in writing, 10 days prior to next billing cycle in order to avoid being charged for the next month. There are no refunds on tuition, fees, costumes, dancewear.

I do hereby release Legacy Dance Company, LLC from liability in regard to any injury to my child resulting from any Legacy Dance Company, LLC activities. This includes regular classes, rehearsals, special events and/or performances.

I authorise the use of my child or children's photo by Legacy Dance Company, LLC for the purpose of promoting the dance studio. This media may include but not be limited to brochures, flyers, website, social media, etc.

All sales are final, no refunds on class tuition, registration fees, choreography fees, costume deposits, master classes, special events, photo sessions.

Withdrawal from classes require a 10 day written or emailed notice before the next month.
