Studio Fees are for the season beginning July/August - May. *Fees do not apply to Summer.
• A non-refundable registration fee of $40 for the first dancer and $10 each additional dancer up to a max of $70.
• A non-refundable costume deposit of $75 is due by October 1st. Costume balance will be due when the costume arrives at the studio. All costume balances need to be paid in full to
pick up your dancer's costume. Please notify the teacher or front desk if your child is NOT participating in the May Recital. Once costumes are ordered you will be responsible for the
full costume amount.
• There is a $60 recital fee, due May 1st to participate in the recital.
*There is a $25 fee for returned checks. This is fee is applied year round.

• I understand that tuition is due in full by the 1st of every month.
• NuEvolution will prorate tuition if your dancer joins after the first week of the month.
• Account balances will be subject to a $15 late fee if paid after the 10th of each month.
• Tuition is a yearly rate, broken down into a monthly fee. Tuition is the same each month regardless of the number of weeks and holiday closures.
• You are responsible for tuition up until the date you notify us to unenroll your dancer. Please notify us if your dancer will no longer be attending class.
• Payments are applied to the oldest balance first.
• If your account is more than 30 days past due, your child will be dropped from class(es) and not be allowed to participate until the balance is paid in full.
• Account reaching 90 days past due will be sent to collections.
• All accounts must be paid in full to participate in recital.
• I understand that NuEvolution Dance Studio does not give credits and or refunds for missed class(es) due to vacation, illness, weather, ect. Make up class(es) may be taken in any age appropriate class within 30 days of the missed class. Dancers may take the same class or any style offered for their age. Please check in at the front desk to schedule.
