Term fees are to be paid in full by the invoice due date, unless a regular payment arrangement has been made with administration. As we send invoices by email. if you have not received your invoice within 2 weeks from start of term please make contact immediately. Late fees will be added to invoices.
Photos and videos taken during class time may be displayed on social media without reference to your child's name. please indicate if you do not want your child's photo to appear on social media
8Count dance studio is not liable for personal injuries' sustained or any loss of, or damage to personal property whilst on the premises, or at any event. demonstration or otherwise, at any location. 8Count dance studio aims to provide a safe environment to reduce the risk of injury. it should be recognized by all student's, parents and guardians that dance by its very nature carries a risk of injury or accident. it is the responsibility of parents or students to inform teachers or injuries' or medical conditions prior to class. First aid kits are available. We will not dispense any pain relief or medication to any students. Students are supervised in class time only. For safety reasons students must be collected form inside the building. it is the responsibility of parents/guardians to ensure their student does not wait outside.
