STADIUM OF DANCE POLICY PURPOSE The purpose of the Stadium of Dance Team shall be to promote and maintain sportsmanship, positive thinking, provide entertainment, participate in competition, develop character, leadership, performance opportunities, and individual responsibility. Stadium of Dance was created out of the love of dance. We would like to share this experience with others who have the same desire for this art. We are a dance school who wants to give our children something positive to do, self-confidence, poise and charm. We hope your dance year will be filled with enthusiasm and encouragement. TUITION (No Refunds) Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. On the 5th of each month a $15 late fee will be added to your account if you have a balance. Balance must be $0 in order to participate. Tuition is the same whether there are 3 weeks or 5 weeks of dance in a month. If you miss a month due to anything, you are still required to pay for that month. WITHDRAWALS Email is required for all withdrawals or changes to classes. Withdrawals must be made by the 15th of the month so you will not be charged for the following month. CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUES Class cancellations will be posted at www.facebook.com/stadiumofdance and an email will be sent to affected classes by 3pm. Substitute Coaches will be male & female. ATTENDANCE You are only allowed to miss 3 classes. You will receive a re-choreography fee of $15 added to your account for each missed class. HEALTH & WELLNESS Please make sure your dancer immunizations are up to date and insurance. If your child is sick please do not send them to class. Stadium Of Dance is not responsible. VIEWING AREA No food or drink is allowed. Do not knock or bang on window. Please do not communicate with your dancer during their class. Questions through email due to next class starting right after yours. PICK UP / DROP OFF Arrive 10 min before your class. Do not interrupt class in session. Be on time for pick up. Pick up fee is $1 per minute late will be added to your account due to too many dancers hanging around after their classes. Let your dancer know to wait inside for pick up. DRESS CODE/HAIR Ballet: Leotard, tights, ballet shoes and hair in bun (Please wear cover up when coming and going to and from class.) HipHop: Shorts or jogging pants, tshirt and sneakers.
