By registering to attend any classes run by The Dance Room you agreed to the Release of Liability Agreement:
1. I am participating in classes, offered by The Dance Room. I recognise that dance classes requires physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks involved.
2. I understand that my child or any family members should not attend classes or visit the studio if they are unwell, show any signs of Covid or have been in contact with other persons who may be infected.
3. I understand that as a parent/ guardian it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my Childs participation in Classes. I represent and warrant that my child is physically fit and I has no medical condition that would prevent their participation in the classes.
4. I understand that it is my responsibility to advise the instructor of any injuries my child has in order for the instructor to provide suitable modifications where required.
5. In consideration of being permitted to participate in Classes, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the lessons.
6. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in Classes, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against the owners, instructors, and assistants, individually or otherwise, of The Dance Room for damages, and injury that I or my child may sustain as a result of participating in classes.
7. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue The Dance Room injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
8. I will not hold responsible/sue The Dance Room, instructors or employees for any injuries suffered by me caused whole or in part by my failure to follow the instructions of you or your employees or by any physical impairment of mine not fully disclosed to you in writing.
9. The Dance Room is not responsible for the loss of clothing or other valuables in the studio or on Concert days.
10. In the event that Covid 19 restrictions are put in place by Government officials which prevent students from dancing at the the studio, classes will transfer to online classes via zoom. Refunds will not be given.
