Cancellations Bookings - including but not exclusive too, choreography, performance, movement consulting, and or events, can be cancelled up to 1 week to scheduled appointment. Movement Workshops - can be cancelled up to 24 hours to scheduled session. Scholar Dance Program - Participants have 2 weeks from the first day of the season, September 9th, to withdraw from the program. Withdrawing from the program anytime after the initial 2 weeks will result in a early withdraw/dismissal and the participant will be subject to financial obligation to KLJ Movement. Returns All sales of merchandise are finalized and will not provide refunds. Refunds are only issued in accordance to the following conditions: Bookings - Refunds are only issued to cancellations up to 1 week before scheduled booking. Movement Workshops - Refunds are only issued to cancellations up to 24 hours before start of workshop/workshop session. Scholar Dance Program - Refunds are only issued when participants withdraw from the program within the terms and conditions of the payment agreement. Otherwise, refunds of services and product of KLJ Movement Inc. are not allocated.
