WAIVER: I hereby release great gig DANCE co., great gig Productions, Inc, the instructors, sponsors and event locations from any and all claims or liability due to personal injury or loss of property which I (or my child) may sustain as a result of participating in any activity connected with great gig DANCE co. I grant great gig DANCE co. the right to use my image. Website: www.greatgigdance.com Classes begin the week of August 5th at our studios located at 4200 Wade Green Road!! Tuition paid as one annual payment will receive an additional 10% discount. This payment must be made by September 15th. If Ensemble Cap applies, the prepaid credit is not available. Tuition is due on the 15th of each month. Tuition is a monthly fee and will not be pro-rated on holidays or missed classes. Tuition is non-refundable and is owed to Great Gig unless you have filled out the Withdrawal Request Form found on our website. Notice must be submitted by the 1st of the month prior to the next billing cycle.
