All clients need to enroll in auto pay before registration can be completed.
Please Note: After the initial online registration is secured with a credit card, clients may contact the office to arrange for other monthly payment methods including cash, E transfer. All dancers are required to pay a $30.00 ($26.45 + HST) non-refundable administrative fee at the time of registration. This fee covers such costs as paperwork and computer time, music license fees, and dancer insurance all separate expenses from tuition.
Tuition is payable monthly only, and due on the 1st of each month from September until June. The 10 months of tuition are divided evenly despite the number of weeks in a month. For example a 45 minute class once a week would be $600 ($530.97 + HST) for the season, but split into 10 monthly payments of $60 ($53.10 + HST).
All past due accounts are subject to interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or 18% per annum.
The studio reserves the right to discontinue a dancer's classes for non-payment of tuition and fees when necessary.
All accounts MUST BE PAID in full before recital costumes can be taken home including the June payment. Non-payment will result in with holding of costumes and prohibiting the student from attending classes, or participating in recital.
There are no tuition refunds for withdrawal from class during the middle of a month.
Payment for the next month and thereafter will be stopped.
The deadline to drop any or all classes is January 1, 2025. Since recital costumes must be ordered at that time, a dancer who drops after this date will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee per class to cover the cost of the costume.
If a dancer is absent from classes, payment must still be made. The studio reserves the right to discontinue a dancer's classes and participation in the recital due to poor class attendance.
It is the responsibility of the dancer to attend classes regularly.
In cases of injury or prolonged illness, a doctors note must be provided in order to receive credit for classes missed.
Please contact the studio or log in to the portal to report an absent dancer.
If you know you are going to be away for an extended period of time, please let your teacher know!
Studio closures due to bad weather, holidays, etc. will not be made up. The dancer is welcome to attend the same level or lower level of classes at another time.
FORCE MAJEURE (forces of God):
In the event that classes must be cancelled due to matters outside our control (Eg. natural disaster, virus outbreak, government enforced action including stay at home orders, event limitations, and state of emergency measures, dance families will be contacted by LNDC. Refunds will not be given but make up classes or online (Zoom) will be offered immediately and will continue until it is safe to re-enter the facility.
As a parent or guardian, you hereby give LNDC permission to use your child's photograph(s) for promotional purposes, which includes printed material, social media, and website.
Please contact the office if you do not wish to give said permission.
