Registration serves as an agreement to the payment terms for registrant, upon registration. If payment is made with a check, a $35.00 bank charge will be paid if check is returned for insufficient funds. It is understood that no refunds or cash credits will be given if for any reason enrollee drop(s) out or do(es) not complete any class, program or workshop in its entirety.
Registration also serves as a release and waiver of any and all liability against Stir Up the Gift and its staff for injury, or loss of property while participating in any class or workshop offered by the Stir Up The Gift Talent Organization.
Registration serves to release liability and hold STIR UP THE GIRT TALENT ORGANIZATION, their Officers, Officials, Agents, and/or all Employees, Students/Members/Participants, Sponsoring Agencies, Advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises, harmless with respect to COVID, and any or all illnesses, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, even if arising from their negligence. With Registration, it is understood that there are risks of presence and participation with any and all activities held at the Stir Up The Gift Talent Studio, and there are personal responsibilities in adhering to the rules and regulations for protection against communicable diseases, namely COVID, and Registrant/Parent/Guardian assume FULL responsibility for participation.
