We know things get very busy at the end of the year, let us make it easier for you! Please let us know by May 31st if you will be returning or unfortunately leaving for the following season. Due to a new program in our system, we will be able to automatically re enroll your student in their current classes. Has your child aged up? We will make sure to put your child in the appropriate level and age group. Want to add more classes? Let us know by May 31st what you would like to add or take away.
Accepting this waiver is letting us know you are okay your child's photo to be used for advertisement or social media use. This is not a guarantee, but a possibility their face will be shown.
Please make sure your child is in the proper attire before entering the studio. Dancers should be dropped off within five minutes of class beginning. There will be no late entries after 10 minutes allowed to avoid disruption of class. Dancers must be picked up immediately after class. If your child is 9 or older and has a one hour (or less) time period between classes we do offer a break room so that they may have a bite to eat and do homework. Children 8 or younger must be picked up between classes. Our lobby will be open to our parents.
Recital fee is $75 and are charged in $25 increments in October, November, and December. Recital fee includes participation in the recital, t-shirt, award and video of the recital performance. Tickets are not included in this fee. Ages 2-10 Recital costume deposits are $40 per costume and are charged October 10th. Remaining balance for costumes ($60) is charged in two payments, $30, on February 1st and March 1st. Ages 11+ Recital costume deposits are $50 per costume and are charged October 10th. Remaining balance for costumes ($60) is charged in two payments, $30 on February 1st and March 1st. Recital and costume fees are non-refundable.
Tuition is due the first of the month. Any payments due after the 5th will be charged a $25 late fee. An annual registration fee of $30 is debited upon registration for the first and second dancer, registration fee caps off at dancers. Any more than two dancers does not need a registration fee. If a dancer takes a break during the season they are required to re-submit a $30 registration fee. Motion Dance Center requires a thirty day written notice to drop class(es). Tuition will be charged for the next month if not placed within the 30 day timeline. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON TUITION OR ANY STUDIO FEES. CREDITS ONLY IF APPROVED. Once you SUBMIT your registration you are responsible for registration fees and tuition for the remainder of the month. Please do not submit registration unless you are ready to start the next available class. Tuition for the first month will be prorated if you register after the first of the month to reflect the remaining classes for that month.
