AERIAL CLASSES WAIVER

TO: Reactive Productions Ltd, and their directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, subcontractors, volunteers, representatives, successors and assigns (all of whom are hereinafter collectively referred to as “React").

By submitting this waiver, I understand that Aerial classes and workshops include physical exercises as well as opportunities for stretching and strengthening. As is the case with any physical activity, I accept that the risk of injury (even serious injury) is always present and cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity.
If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body and seek immediate assistance from the React instructor.
Aerial classes and workshops are not recommended and are not safe for those with certain medical conditions. I acknowledge and affirm that I am competent to decide whether or not to participate in group or private Aerial classes and workshops, and I will make an informed choice before doing so.

I hereby agree to the following:

- I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved in practising any Aerial (Such as, but not limited to, silks, hoop, static trapeze, double trapeze, rope, Spanish web and hammock) with React at React Studio.
- I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before and regarding my participation in group or private Aerial classes.
- I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition(s) that would prevent my full group participation or private Aerial classes offered by React at React Studio.
- I will update React as to any changes in my medical condition.
- In consideration for being permitted to participate in group or private Aerial classes, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of my participation. In further consideration, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against React.
- I will not engage in any inappropriate conduct that could result in injury to myself or others.
- I give React the express permission to take and use photos and videos of my likeness.
- I agree that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand and if any conflict arises between me and React, I will attempt mediation before submitting my dispute to binding arbitration.

OPEN TRAINING (Approval of a React Instructor Required)
At all times of Open Training, React will have someone in the building for the sole purpose of assisting in case of an emergency.
The participants should know their limits and skill level to ensure their safety and the safety of others, as well as take care of the equipment and studio.


By accepting this document, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during my participation in this activity, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against React based on any claim from which I have released them herein.
I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it, and I agree to be
bound by its terms and conditions.
