NOTICE OF ACTIVITIES

PARENTS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The purpose of this notice is to inform you about the collection and use of dancer information by the Turning Pointe Dance Studio (TPDS Ltd) and Crowsnest Pass Dance Festival Society.

Types of activities where information may be collected or used include:

a) The use of student’s name, photo and comments in the newsletter, programs, website, Instagram and Facebook

b) The taking of photos and/or videos of performances

c) The use of student names/photos in listing scholarships or other awards

I hereby give permission for the Turning Point Dance Studio and Crowsnest Pass Dance Festival Society to use information and photos for all purposes specified above,

Please see the Family Handbook located in the documents section of your portal. It is mandatory reading for all families.

- $40 late fee will be incurred on all amounts that are overdue, and will continue to be charged every 30 days that the amount remains unpaid
- An amount is considered overdue if paid 1 day past the due date (See specific class policy for due dates)
- Students will not be allowed to attend their first class or secure their spot unless their tuition is paid (per their agreed upon payment plan)
- Students will not be allowed to participate in the year end show if there are amounts unpaid on the family account
- Enrollments will not be allowed for future seasons, if there is still an unpaid balance from a prior season

Enrollment Policy:
- We accept ONLINE enrollment for Sessionals
- NO part time or prorated enrollment will be accepted
- Drop-ins are accepted ONLY in the Adult Recreational Sessions, if space permits. Drop-ins can’t be pre-booked and space for drop-ins is not guaranteed. Drop in’s must create an online profile and accept the online waivers & make payment if they so wish. There is NO online class enrollment option for drop-ins, enrollment will be added to your account manually by studio staff

- Before any class is attended

Refund Policy:
No refunds are given after the session has started.

Purchase Policy:

- These are only available for purchase when advertised
- Purchases to be completed by the advertised deadline (To allow time for orders to be placed)
- We accept purchases through our Online Shop for the following:

Accessories
Gift Cards
Year End Show Digital Copy
Keepsake Memory Program
Year End T-Shirts
And other custom order items

- To complete the purchase
- By the advertised purchase deadline

Refund Policy:
No refunds are given after the advertised purchased deadline

Enrollment Policy:

- We accept ONLINE enrollment for Summer Camps
- NO part time or prorated enrollment will be accepted
- Enrollment to be completed by the advertised enrollment deadline (Staffing needs to be allocated and supplies purchased in advance)
- Deadline for ALL Summer Camp Enrolment is 1 week before the start date of the Camp
- We reserve the right to cancel or combine the Camp if minimum enrolment of 6 is not reached .

- There will be no cash or credit card refunds
- Account Credit: A Credit will be applied to your account if there is a balance outstanding or if otherwise agreed upon to use towards a future charge.
- E Transfer Refunds will be issues via e-transfer with the email on file

I understand that Turning Pointe Dance Studio (TPDS Ltd), its directors, employees, independent contractors, and volunteers are not responsible for injury due to accident or property loss.
