1. Breach of Contract
In the event of a dispute for breach of contract, the contractual liability of Mariann's School of Dance shall not exceed the amount of one year's tuition.

2. Hold Harmless Agreement
I understand and acknowledge that dance and exercise classes involve physical movement and exertion. I represent that the registrant(s) named above are in good physical health and are capable of performing the exercises and dances required for participation in the classes in which registrant(s) are enrolled. The undersigned, and all heirs, executors and assigns, waive all claims against Mariann's School of Dance, its agents, servants and assigns, for personal injury sustained out of participation in any classes or other activities in connection with the enrollment in this school.

3. Public Health Emergency/State of Emergency
I understand that if the studio is forced to close down as a result of a State of Emergency or Public Health Emergency pursuant to any order by any Federal, State or Local authority, this agreement shall remain in full force and effect and the classes will be converted from in studio classes to virtual classes by an online platform such as Zoom. If this occurs, no refunds or credits will be given as classes will continue via an online/distance learning platform.

4. Parental Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to be aware of all studio activities such as performances, extra classes, and dates the studio is open or closed. The studio will post notices on the Information Board as well as email reminders to parents/guardians. Please check your email regularly.

5. Consent
In the event of an emergency or injury, Mariann's School of Dance is authorized to notify me. If I cannot be reached in an emergency, I give permission to the staff of Mariann's School of Dance to render all necessary aid and/or to act in my behalf to obtain emergency medical treatment for the registrant(s) listed above for any illness or injury that may occur while attending the school.

6. Release of Liability
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Mariann's School of Dance, its owners, agents, servants and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control of Mariann's School of Dance, its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.

7. Agree to Follow the Policies and Regulations
I agree to follow and abide by the written Policies and Regulations of Mariann's School of Dance currently in effect that are posted at www.mariannsdance.com and in the waiting area at the school.

8. Photo Release
Mariann's School of Dance is hereby granted permission to take photographs of the students to use in brochures, web sites, posters, advertisements, and other promotional materials the school creates. I understand the student's name may be used in conjunction with a picture for studio newsletters / programs only.

9. Agreement and Enrollment
I acknowledge by enrolling my child In Mariann's School of Dance that I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth by the school. I agree to all of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions of enrollment at Mariann's School of Dance

1. Tuition Policy
Tuition is based on a yearly rate (season) divided into three equal payments. The three-installment plan requires payments to be made for tuition upon registration, November 1 and February 1.

You will receive a statement via email prior to your payment due date. Payments received after the due date (the 1st of the month) are subject to a late fee of $15 per month, which will be strictly enforced. Late fees will be automatically added to your account.

2. Tuition Payment Policy
In order to enroll you will need to sign up for Auto Payments and provide a valid credit card.
Once you have enrolled you may contact the studio via email to opt out of Auto Payments for any future payments due.

There is a 3.50% convenience fee included when using Auto Payments.
There is a 1.30% convenience fee included when making an ACH payment.
Payment may also be made by cash, check, or Zelle and will not incur a service fee.
Cash, check or Zelle payments must be made on or before the due date.

There is a $30 service charge for any returned checks. Once a check has been returned for nonpayment, only cash payments will be accepted.
There is a non-refundable annual registration fee of $35 per single student or $50 per family.

Students are expected to enroll for the entire season. However, we will prorate tuition for those who join us late in the season. Classes will be prorated after November 1st only. There is a non-refundable late registration fee of $45 per single student or $60 per family.

The studio reserves the right to suspend a student’s participation in classes if their account is in arrears.
All accounts must be current prior to participation in our spring performances.

3. Refund Policy
The studio does not issue refunds to enrolled students for classes missed due to illness, vacation, religious observance, or for any other reason. Any missed classes can be made up during the season. Registration and enrollment represent a financial commitment throughout the end of the season (June). In the event of withdrawal from the program, no refunds are given.
