By registering my child(ren) with the Legacy Irish Dance Academy, I agree to participate (or allow my child(ren) and family members to participate) in the Legacy Irish Dance Academy and/or competitive team Morgan Legacy. I hereby release Legacy Irish Dance Academy and/or Morgan Legacy and its directors, officers, agents, coaches, and employees from liability for any injury that might occur to myself (or to my child(ren) and family members) while participating in the Legacy Irish Dance Academy/Morgan Legacy programs, including travel to and from training sessions or other scheduled team activities.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above-mentioned organizations and/or individuals, their agents, and/or employees against any liability for personal injury, including injuries resulting in death to me, my child(ren), and/or other family members, or damage to my property, the property to my child(ren) and/or other family members, or both, while I (or my child(ren) or family members) participating in the Legacy Irish Dance Academy program and other classes.

All members must take Irish Dance lessons with one Irish Dance school at a time.
Legacy Irish Dance Academy and the Morgan Legacy Competitive team belong to the international organization CLRG (An Coimisiún Le Rincí Gaelacha). https://www.clrg.ie/index.php/en/

The CLRG enforces a 6-month ban to compete for a student who has transferred from one Irish Dance school to another.
The CLRG’s policy is that your instructor is informed of any transfers. If you have previously taken Irish dancing, you are responsible for notifying Abbey Wood or the other instructors.


Not adhering to this policy can result in dismissal from Legacy. Please sign the agreement and inform your instructors of any schools you have previously danced with via email or this agreement.

I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of my child(ren). I hereby give my permission for any supervisor, coach, or other team administrator associated with the Legacy Irish Dance Academy to seek and provide appropriate medical attention for our child(ren) in the event of an accident, injury, or illness. I will be responsible for any costs associated with any necessary medical attention and/or treatment.

I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Legacy Irish Dance Academy/Morgan Legacy from all rights and claims for damages, injury, or loss to person or property that may be sustained or occur during participation in Legacy Irish Dance Academy/Morgan Legacy activities, whether or not damages or loss are due to negligence. I hereby acknowledge that my children are (are) physically fit and capable of participating in all activities.

By signing this form, you agree to allow Legacy to draft payments through Dance Studio Pro monthly automatically. Legacy provides additional opportunities for dancers throughout the year, and information about the cost of extra classes, workshops, camps, and other events will be sent via email.

Legacy offers various performance and competitive opportunities for the entire family. Your dancer will receive invitations to events held in our region and local community throughout the year, including competitions, performances, parades, parties, and festivals. Legacy is a certified school part of the CLRG, the governing body of Irish dancing in Ireland, with experienced and certified instructors with over 75 years combined experience. Legacy offers a competitive team named Morgan Legacy that is known worldwide and has top local and international rankings.

Please take note of the following:
- Membership is divided into August to December and January to June.
- Payment collected for the first month of the term (August and January) financially obligates you for the full term. However, this policy does not apply to Intro/Beginner level dancers. Once the tuition is paid, it will not be refunded.

1. All payment questions should be sent via email to legacyofthelowcountry@gmail.com

2. Members are responsible for account changes, including credit card/banking information. If payment is denied, a $35 late fee will automatically appear on their accounts.

3. A merchant service collects fees. Stripe is a third-party merchant service that works with Legacy. A 3.1% transaction charge is added to any transactions. Dance Studio Pro charges $.35 (cents) per transaction.

4. Failure to pay on time or to communicate any issues can result in the dancer(s) being suspended from class.

5. A biannual payment option is also available. The 1st payment will cover August to January and the second February to June. There is a 10% discount for those who pay biannually or yearly. You will not be reimbursed for any classes missed after payment is received. 1st Term payment due August 15th. 2nd Term payment is due Jan 15th.

7. If a dancer discontinues class in the middle of a term for any reason, tuition for the full term is still due. Funds can continue being auto-withdrawn monthly, or the remaining fees can be paid in full. Legacy will take 10% off the total due as a final payment if more than one month is due. *This does not apply to our Intro level/Beginner level classes.

If a class is canceled due to competitions, weather, health codes, or any other conflicts, an alternate class within the same week may be attended if available. Fees remain the same regardless of the number of classes per month. There are no deductions if a dancer misses a class, and there are no makeup classes for illness or injury. Legacy is not obligated to refund or suspend tuition payments due to illness or injury.

PRICING IS BROKEN DOWN BASED ON THE LEVEL OF INVOLVEMENT.

Intro Level Classes are: - Legacy Littles - Beginner - Intermediate.
The fees are based on how many classes you sign up for.
1 Weekly Class - $75, 2 - Classes - $130, 3 -Classes - $185, Unlimited- $225

Program-based classes: Fast-Track, Advanced, and Championship.
Dancers will be personally invited to take part in a program-level class. Reach out if you are interested.
FAST-TRACK $225 CHS $200-SAV Unlimited classes are available. These include teams/and set classes.
ADVANCED - $225 Unlimited Advanced classes, including teams, set, or hard shoe technique classes.
CHAMPIONSHIP - $225 per month. All champ classes, teams, and set/fitness classes are included.

By completing your registration, you are agreeing to adhere to all the policies outlined above. This includes the obligation to settle all monthly tuition, costume, and registration fees by the end of the term. Upon receipt of a payment for a new term, these policies will apply to the specified term dates. A copy of this document is available on Dance Studio Pro and can be emailed to you upon request.

I hereby give permission to Abbey Wood and all Legacy Staff to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, and use any pictures or videos of the registered camper for promotional materials. This includes newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits, and submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites, and other print and digital communications, without any payment. This permission applies to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or in the future. This permission is valid indefinitely unless I revoke it in writing.

I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of Legacy and will not be returned. I release Abbey Wood and all Legacy Staff members from any liability, claims, and causes of action that may arise from the use of these materials on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.
