the preceding month you wish to stop payment . Until you submit in writing your account will continue to be billed and we will
continue to have a teacher here to teach your dancers.
Your costume(s) will not be handed out until your account is current and paid to date.
All students and the parents/legal guardians are aware of possible physical injury that may occur during dance/gymnastic
classes, performance, and or rehearsals and are willing to assume those risks. It is agreed that students and their parents/legal
guardians will not hold D2M Dance Project, its director and or employees liable for injuries sustained while in attendance or while
participating in any D2M Dance Project activities.
By signing below, you also allow photos and videos of your dancers to be posted on various forms of social media for
advertising and promotional purposes.
If the studio has to physically close (due to a pandemic or such). D2M will go virtual. From the next month on (from the
day of the closure). D2M will give a 20% discount until the studio can physically re-open. All of the drop rules will still apply. If a
student drops and does not return (via zoom or in person) For May and June (the last 2 months of our season) That student will not
be allowed to participate in the year end recital. The costume you purchased in yours to keep, there are NO refunds on costumes.
Parents understand that if they do not cancel in writing they will be charged tuition until they do so, or to the end or our season.

TUITION PAYMENTS
All tuition must be paid by our automated system.
Payment is due regardless of a student’s absence.
You must sign up for automatic withdrawal with a Credit Card/E-Check when you register. (CC has 3% office fee e check has 1.75 % office fee)
Any declined credit card payment will incur a $15 late fee
There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks and or E - checks that are returned.
There is a $15 late fee for payments not completed by the 5th of the month
You must come to the front desk if you are no longer going to take class at D2M. You must turn in a written letter on or before the 20th of the preceding month you wish to stop payments. We will continue to charge you until you have submitted a letter. NO PHONE DROPS WILL BE ALLOWED. Emails are accepted.
Each student is required to pay an annual registration fee of $40.00 per dancer or $60.00 per family. Registration fees are NON - REFUNDABLE
In order to register for a class, payment of the registration fee, 1st month’s tuition and systems sign up must be complete.
D2M reserves the right to refuse service to any student with an unfavorable payment history and or not following our studio policies.
COSTUMES
Costumes fees will be submitted on the portal system. Parents will have from Nov 25 to Dec 19 to make payments Costumes will not be given to you until your account is current and paid to date. All costumes are NON - Refundable. *A minimum of 6 dancers must be enrolled in each class. Otherwise the class will be cancelled
ZOOM CLASSES
If the studio must close for pandemic or other natural causes. D2MDP will move to zoom classes. All drop procedures still apply. Dancers who do not attend classes for the months of May and June will not be allowed to participate in the year end recital.
