10% Sibling discount will be applied to the second, third & fourth sibling. $25 referral credit for new students who enroll and list you as their referral family. 10% discount for those who pay their tuition in FULL prior to the start of the season.
DRESS CODE: Students are required to adhere to the class attire outlined for their class. The dress code is required for every class they attend. All students should have their hair up and out of their face. Hair should be secured and should not need to be restyled during class.
Missed classes may only be made up by prior appointment. If you know you are going to be absent from class, contact us in advance to arrange for a makeup class. No refund will be given for missed classes. Please refer to our studio calendar for vacation & holiday closings. Classes missed due to inclement weather may be made up in a class currently on the schedule or a separate make up class scheduled by ECPA. Cancellations by our staff will have a separate makeup class scheduled. We reserve the right to cancel a class or substitute a teacher as needed.
Tuition is broken down to 10 payments, due the first of every month from September-June. Payment will be processed with the credit card we have on file. It is required to have a Credit Card on File for all payment plans. Seasonal tuition is prorated based on remaining contract length for families who join after the season begins. Tickets to the annual recital will be available for purchase. Tickets will cost approximately $25 each. Tickets for Musical Performances will be available for purchase. Tickets will cost approximately $25 each. Tuition is based on the entire season and is billed the first of every month. If you need to change any payment information you can do that through your parent portal or in the office before the 25th of each month. If your student wishes to drop from our program, we required 30 Days in advanced notice. If you notify us about your drop less than 30 days before the next month charge, you will still be charged for the next month. MUSICAL THEATRE POLICY: Encore believes that all students will learn necessary skills while being apart of a theatrical production and no part is any less significant than another. We expect all of our families to support this philosophy. We highly discourage musical theatre students from dropping the program due to unhappiness with their role. Students are expected to commit to the show once they register and audition, therefore if your child drops the program after casting, you will still be charged for the remainder of the semester. This policy does not apply to drops due to emergencies and illnesses. Musical Theatre Tuition will be charged per session and due on the start of the season. Musical Theatre tuition is no longer eligible for monthly tuition. Upon registration, there will be a $50 deposit charged for each class to hold your students spot. ($50 deposit is per student and is the same regardless of how many classes you register for) If tuition payment is not received by the 5th of the month, it is considered late, and a late fee of $25 will be added to your account. If your payment is not received by the 10th of each month, a daily late fee of $5/day will be added until the payment is received.
By registering with Encore Center for Performing Arts, you agree that your child may be videoed or photographed during studio activities, included but not limited to performances, classes, rehearsals and content may appear on the studio website, social media page and other studio advertisements.
TRANSITION TO VIRTUAL CLASSES DUE TO GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS: If Encore Center must transition to temporary virtual classes to Government restrictions preventing us from meeting in person, tuition fees still apply to full price and will not be refunded if you choose not to attend virtual class. INCLEMENT WEATHER: In case of inclement weather we operate on Byram Hills Central School District policy. If Byram Hills Central School District Schools are closed due to inclement weather, the studio will be closed also, unless we inform you otherwise. Classes will either be held via zoom or a makeup class will be scheduled for your children. We do not refund or pro-rate tuition due to inclement weather closings.
