Tuition Fees - - Tuition fees will be posted on your parent portal 2 weeks prior to the coming term. This must be paid in FULL before the start of the term. - There will be no refunds will be given if a child cannot attend a class for any reason. - If Gabriella's School Of Performing Arts have to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances we will endeavour to make the class time up at a later date or if not possible you will be refunded in the next terms invoices. - As of September 2024 there will be a LATE FEE automatically added to any fees left unpaid after the due date. Class termination - - If you wish to withdraw your child for the following term you will need to inform Gabbie via email with at least 6 weeks notice. - Without notice being given or if you withdraw your child after the invoice, a cancellation fee of £30 will be sent. Discounts - - Any 1 child that attends more than 5 classes per week receives 10% Discount on fees. - Sibling discounts are available if a 'Family' is invoiced for more than 5 classes per week recieve 10% Discount on Fees. Uniform - - Children attending classes must wear the correct uniform stated by Gabriella's School Of Performing Arts and must not enter the learning space with any jewellery please. This is for their own and others safety.
