I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration of being permitted to participate in dance classes, events, or activities offered by Reign Dance Project (the "Studio"):

Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that dance activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to, bodily injury, property damage, and emotional distress. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in dance classes or events at the Studio.

Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to bodily injury, disability, death, or property damage, that I may sustain or incur as a result of participating in Studio activities, whether caused by the negligence of the Studio or otherwise.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to my participation in Studio activities.

Medical Authorization: I authorize the Studio to obtain medical treatment for me in the event of any injury or illness that may occur during my participation in Studio activities, if I am unable to consent to such treatment myself.

Binding Effect: This waiver shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.

Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Photography Release: I agree to the use of photography in Reign Dance Project classes and during studio-sponsored events. I agree that my/my child's likeness may appear in marketing materials, social media posts, and website content for Reign Dance Project. I understand that if I'd like to opt out of photography, I must change the settings in my Dance Studio Pro account.

I have read this waiver and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
