HOLDS HARMLESS AGREEMENT:
I understand that LE DANCE, LLC and it's principles, employees and volunteers are not liable for any injuries that may occur while my student is involved with participating in LE DANCE related events, and I hereby release, indemnity and agree to hold harmless LE DANCE and it's principles, employees, and volunteers from claims or expenses resulting from or arising out of the participation of my student in any such activities or events. LE DANCE, LLC is not responsible, whatsoever, for anything that happens before or after the students designated class time. I do hereby verify that I read and accept the Holds Harmless Agreement, policies, and conditions shown by clicking to register.

By registering for LE DANCE, you grant permission to use of their likeness in a photograph, video or other digital media in any and all publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I understand, and agree that all photos will be the property of LE DANCE, LLC.
