Please note that this class operates on a month-to-month basis. You are not locked into a contract, and you may choose to opt out at the end of any month. We do not prorate the monthly fee. Additionally, a Fierce shirt is required for practice. Please place your order by September 1 to ensure delivery between September 16 and September 23..There is no refunds on items purchased. This is to ensure that all students receive new, unused and high quality products

Please note you must call us at 407-203-8890 at least 4 days prior to the end of the month to cancel to ensure you are not charged for the following month.

All events are optional except the Recital and in-house competition at the end of the season. December 14 , 2024 is the tentaive date for recital ( waiting on OCPS TO CONFIRM THE RENTAL) and Novemebr 16 for the competion. We ask all students to participate in these two events. They receive their trophies and also they are part of a team and they each have a part in the routine that is important.

By registering my child(ren) with the Fierce Orlando, I agree to participate (or allow my child(ren) and family members to participate) in the Fierce Orlando, and hereby release Fierce Orlando, its directors, officers, agents, coaches, and employees from liability for any injury that might occur to myself (or to my child(ren) and family members) while participating in the Fierce Orlando program, including travel to and from training sessions or other scheduled organization activities.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above mentioned organizations and/or individuals, their agents and/or employees, against any and all liability for personal injury, including injuries resulting in death to me, my child(ren) and/or other family members, or damage to my property, the property to my child(ren) and/or other family members, or both, while I (or my child(ren) or family members) participating in the Fierce Orlando program and other classes.

I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian for my child(ren). I hereby give my permission for any supervisor, coach or other team administrator associated with the Fierce Orlando to seek and give appropriate medical attention for our child(ren) in the event of an accident, injury, illness. I will be responsible for any and all costs associated with any necessary medical attention and/or treatment.

I hereby waive, release and forever discharge Fierce Orlando from all rights and claims for damages, injury, loss to person or property which may be sustained or occur during participation in Fierce Orlando activities, whether or not damages or loss is due to negligence. I hereby acknowledge that my children is (are) physically fit and capable of participation in all activities.

In consideration of participation in the Fierce Orlando, You agree that your likeness, or the likeness of your child/ward may be photographed or videotaped and that such image may be published in an outlet used to promote or publicize Fierce program. We may publish photos on Social media, website or print.
