I am the guardian of the participant or the adult participant, who will be participating in Victoria Ballet Theatre activities. I, the guardian/participant recognize that such participation involves danger, bodily injury or even death. I do hereby expressly agree to INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, and HOLD Victoria Ballet Theatre and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees HARMLESS from all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever and arising from, directly or indirectly, Victoria Ballet Theatre activities and Victoria Ballet Theatre travel. It is warranted and represented that the indemnities contained herein shall be continuing in nature, and shall cover any conditions which may arise in the future and which directly or indirectly arise from the matters specified herein. Such indemnities shall further be binding and continuing with respect to the respective estates, heirs, beneficiaries, successors and assigns of myself and Participant.
I hereby grant permission for films, video and/or audio tape recordings, slides and photographs to be taken during rehearsals and performances. I understand that this media will be produced and used for promotional and educational purposes. I authorize Victoria Ballet Theatre (VBT) to use my photography on its website, social media or in any other official VBT printed publications without further consideration, and I acknowledge VBT’s right to crop or treat the media at its discretion. I also acknowledge VBT may choose not to use my photo at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date.
I also understand that once my image is posted on the VBT website, the image can be posted on the VBT website, the image can be downloaded by any computer user. Therefore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claims the following:
· Victoria Ballet Theatre Board Members
· All Employees of Victoria Ballet Theatre
VBT reserves the right to discontinue use of photos without notice.
This release will supersede any previous releases on file.
