Class videos, pictures and events are often posted on our social media accounts for advertising and for other various dance related purposes. We do not disclose full names with the videos and pictures unless we receive personal consent from the parent/guardian.
You may opt out of allowing us to use your childs picture or video clips from the studio/events on your parent portal by clicking the opt out button. If you do not opt out you are hereby giving Lil' Jammaz Hip Hop Company LLC. permission to use your child’s picture in or on any form of advertisement for Lil' Jammaz Hip Hop Company LLC. or a Lil' Jammaz Hip Hop Company LLC. affiliated event whether it be on our social media platforms or other various platforms of advertising and sharing.

I understand that there are risks of physical injury associated with, arising out of and inherent to the activity of dance. In recognition of this acknowledged risk of injury, I knowingly and voluntarily waive all right and/ or causes of action of any kind, including any and all claims of negligence arising as a result of such activity from which liability could accrue to Lil' Jammaz Hip Hop Company LLC., it’s employees, instructors, volunteers, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and all affiliated entities (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Lil' Jammaz Hip Hop Co. LLC”.
I hereby agree to release Lil' Jammaz Hip Hop Company LLC. and hold Lil' Jammaz Hip Hop Company LLC. harmless of all liability, and hereby acknowledge that I knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks of physical injury arising out of active participation in dance on behalf of the participant.
I am aware that this is a release of liability and an acknowledgement of my voluntary and knowing assumption of the risk of injury. I have signed the document by checking the box below voluntarily and of my own free will in exchange for the privilege of participation.

The participant has my permission to participate in Lil' Jammaz Hip Hop Company Events. I further release Lil' Jammaz Hip Hop Company LLC. of all liabilities associated with my child’s attendance at Lil' Jammaz Hip Hop Company LLC.

The privacy of your personal information is very important to us at Lil' Jammaz Hip Hop Co.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing:
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to the privacy policy. As a resource to our customers our website may be linked to other sites and they are not covered under our privacy policy. We recommend that you carefully read that website's privacy policy before volunteering any personal identifiable information.

Security:
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. While we use encryptions to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

I understand that monthly tuition is due by the 10th of every month during both our Fall and Spring Dance Sessions.
Auto Pay will run on the 10th at midnight on all accounts that have a remaining tuition balance.

If you wish for auto pay to not run on your account you may pay at the studio (cash/check or card) or online through your parent portal BEFORE the 10th to avoid auto pay to automatically run.

Any accounts with a tuition balance after the 12th will result in a $20 late fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. If the tuition balance is not paid back to $0 by the last day of the month this could result in your dancer being automatically dropped from their class until payment is received.

If at any time you wish to discontinue classes at Lil' Jammaz Hip Hop Co. it is YOUR responsibility to go on to your account and drop your dancer from their classes in order to avoid tuition and late fee charges for the remaining months.
You must drop the class before tuition is posted on the 1st of every month to avoid paying that months tuition. If you drop a class after tuition is posted to your account you will still be responsible for that months tuition and any other previous remaining balance.

**Competition crew dancers: If a competition dancer decides to drop out of their crew the number of remaining tuition months left in the year will be charged to their account and payment will be due as regularly scheduled.**
