Tuition is divided into monthly payments and is due on the first of every month, September though May. Again this Year - we are requiring all students to be enrolled in auto pay through either your bank account or credit card. On the first of every month your tuition will automatically be paid via echeck or credit card through our new secure software system. Tuition will not be refunded due to missed classes, vacation, or class cancellations and holidays. Some months a class may meet three times and some months a class may meet five times. You do not pay by the class, you pay for the season which is broken into monthly payments for your convenience.
A $75 costume charge per class will be applied to your account on November 1st. Costumes are mandatory for all performing classes. Costume Charges are Non-Refundable.
Competition Fees are also charged all competing classes that are part of our Elite Program. These fees are Non-Refundable as well.
Regular Class Attendance is necessary, not only for the betterment of the student but for the entire class as well. Make up classes will be offered to students absent due to illness or family emergency only. A limit of 7 total absences will be allowed, after that, the students continuation and ability to perform will be left up to the instructor and/or director.
Photo and Video Waiver and Release:
By completing this registration, Southbury School of Performing Arts, LLC and approved vendors will be granted the right and permission, with respect to photographs and video taken of your child, or in which your child may be included with others, to use, re-use, publish and republish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium and for any purpose whatsoever including illustration, promotion and advertising, and trade ,excluding anything illegal or immoral.
