I am the parent / legal Guardian of the student enrolled under my parent portal. I acknowledge that, as with all sports, dance classes can involve risk of personal or physical injury. While Dance Kix Karratha takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes, it accepts no liability or responsibility for injury or loss caused during class or whilst participants are in transit.
Registration fees are a one off charge for the year to confirm student placement in each class. This is NOT refundable, even if a student decides they do Not wish to continue. This also covers insurance for the year. Class fees will now be charged by the "term". Fees are not refundable, but may be transferred within families. Unpaid fees will result in your child not being able to attend classes until paid in Full , or discussed with Kristie. Late fees are processed at $20 per bill for one class overdue, and is charged every 14 days until payment has been made. Classes are paid by individual style @ $150 plus gst ,($165 ) discounts are automatically applied for more than one class. There is a 2.75% processing fee charged by the merchant. Fees are reduced automatically if more than one class is selected for the term by family. Please see below Classes per week Dance classes do not run over school holidays . Payments can be made against your account by logging into the parent portal. It is the parents responsibility to ensure ALL fees are paid in full by logging into their account and sorting the debit balance ASAP. Due dates will be posted on accounts once classes have started. Reminders will also be emailed out. Students are required to make payments towards end of year costumes so that there are no delays in the ordering process. The cost of end of year costumes is Approx $250 per child , per class attended. Boys are TBA. This gives them two full outfits to perform in and keep, per dance style. This is a compulsory charge which will be invoiced by instalments in term 1 & term 2. Please see concert dates to ensure that you will be here. November 12th is our confirmed date . Costumes payments are only refunded if Dance Kix is advised Before our order date (being the end of term 2) DKK has a strict non bullying policy. If any student is found displaying intimidating behavior or harassing a fellow student in or out of class - their enrolment will be terminated & refunds will not be given. At times Dance Kix will publish events & photos on social media such as our Facebook Page. If this is not ok please advise Kristie by email so this can be kept on file for future reference.
